Individual Therapy

In individual sessions, we’ll focus on your unique story and challenges—whether that’s trauma recovery, anxiety, neurodivergence, identity exploration, sexual health concerns, or life transitions. I combine evidence-based techniques with somatic and relational approaches to help you reconnect with your body, mind, and sense of self.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy is a supportive space to strengthen communication, navigate intimacy challenges, rebuild trust, and deepen connection. In our work together, I support each partner in understanding relational patterns and expressing their needs with clarity and compassion, cultivating a relationship that feels more fulfilling. Your shared intentions shape our work together, and this space nurtures your bond as you move toward greater clarity and connection. I provide affirming care for all partnerships, including LGBTQIA+ couples, polyamorous relationships, open relationships, and those engaged in non-traditional dynamics.
