Professional Offerings
I provide professional services designed to help clinicians, organizations, and community groups grow, thrive, and better serve their clients or members. Each tailored offering is designed to deepen your understanding, refine your skills, or foster wellbeing in yourself and those you serve, helping to meet your unique goals and needs. My approach is flexible, trauma-informed, and grounded in both research and lived experience.

Guidance for Clinicians
I provide supportive, growth-oriented supervision for Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associates (LCSWA), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associates (LCMHCA), Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associates (LCASA), Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselors (CADC), and Peer Support Specialists (PSS).

My Approach
My approach blends clinical depth, reflective practice, and practical skill building to help emerging professionals develop confidence, clarity, and competence in their roles.
In addition to formal supervision, I offer clinical consultation for fully licensed providers who are seeking occasional check ins, case support, or ongoing professional grounding. Whether you need a space to process complex cases, deepen your clinical lens, or reconnect with your purpose as a healer, consultation can offer a steady anchor throughout your work.

Learning Together
I facilitate workshops and educational programs for organizations, schools, and wellness initiatives. Topics can include trauma-informed care, sexual health, neurodivergent support, and relational or somatic practices. These sessions are interactive, evidence-based, and designed to equip participants with practical skills for real-world application.

Reconnect with Your Body
Through yoga instruction and somatic practices, I help individuals and groups explore mind-body connection, stress relief, and embodied awareness. Classes can be offered virtually or in person within 30 miles of Fletcher, NC, and are tailored to meet the needs of diverse participants.

Getting Started
Whether you’re seeking supervision, consultation, workshops, or somatic practices, we’ll start by discussing your goals and needs. I’ll guide you in choosing the right format, frequency, and approach so that our work together is effective, meaningful, and aligned with your priorities.
