The Tailored Wellness Story

Tailored Wellness grew from my belief that therapy should feel grounding, accessible, and deeply personal. My passion for this work is rooted in my own lived experience. I grew up in and out of the foster care system and often struggled to find providers who felt warm, real, and truly present. Too many seemed focused on labeling rather than listening. I knew I wanted to become something different.

This practice was created as a space where you can reconnect with yourself, explore what is hurting, and move toward a life that feels more aligned, embodied, and authentic. My approach is nonjudgmental, collaborative, and centered on what feels true to you. I believe therapy should not just check a box. It should land in a way that feels meaningful and supportive for your growth.

Here, Healing Feels Human.
