Healing and growth are possible, no matter where you’re starting from. I provide trauma-informed, affirming therapy for teens, adults, couples, and families navigating life’s challenges, as well as recovery and wellness support.

My approach blends compassion with evidence-based care, helping clients build resilience, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with themselves. In addition to therapy, I offer clinical supervision and consultation for professionals and organizations.

It's Not What You Think...
Ever think therapy is just sitting in a beige room talking about your childhood forever?
That’s not how I do things.
I bring warmth, humor, and humility into the room because I know that healing is hard work, and it helps when it feels human. I’ve spent over a decade working in community health settings, supporting people from all walks of life with all kinds of challenges, from anxiety and stress to substance use and relationship struggles. That experience has made me flexible, down to earth, and comfortable meeting people exactly where they are.

Meet the Taylor behind Tailored.
Hi, I’m Taylor Ludwig. Whether you are processing the effects of trauma, working to shift relational patterns, exploring identity or sexuality, or simply trying to reconnect with yourself, my approach is collaborative and tailored to your needs. You are the expert on your own life. My role is to support, guide, and thoughtfully challenge you as you move toward greater clarity, resilience, and connection.

We all have a story.

I'd be honored to be part of yours.
